about the artist

Lorin is an artist living and creating in the Southern Maine area. She graduated from the University of Maine with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in May of 2018. 

Lorin has always found joy in the process of making. Her artistic focus has mainly been in painting, but other creative interests include fiber and textile arts such as knitting, crocheting and quilting. She is also an avid home vegetable gardener and loves learning about food preservation techniques in the hopes of one day being self-sustaining. She is a life-long learner and always is looking for new skills to master.
